目的:手术室是为病人提供手术及抢救的场所,是一个医院的重要技术部门,医院手术室的工作效率直接关系到所有外科科室的整体工作效率,最充分地节约时间和利用时间,最充分的利用资源和开发资源,这是所有成功者的诀窍。方法:本文将统筹方法应用到外科手术中,是优化办事效率的工作方法。结果:应用于工作中达到事半功倍的效果。结论:每个医院外科手术运转是否高效,虽然取决于诸多因素,但是作为手术室护士,除了个人知识与经验外,有一个超常的思维是必不可少的,统筹方法恰恰符合了这一要求,对我们的工作是不无裨益的。
