应用脉冲色谱法和经典的固定床反应器,测定了HM、CuHM、CuM,PtHM以及低铅丝光沸石等离子交换的丝光沸石上间二甲苯异构化反应的活性和选择性。发现上述两种方法所得结果基本一致。CuM样品对于间二甲苯的异构化反应具有活性高、选择性好、抗毒性强等优良性能。在用脉冲色谱法测定催化剂活性的同时,应用吡啶中毒法测定了催化剂各样品活性中心数目,并探讨了脱阳离子丝光沸石上二甲苯异构化反应的催化活性、活性中心数目和所交换的阳离子性质、数量以及活化温度等催化剂制备、使用条件之间的关系。
The activity and selectivity of m-xylene isomerization on HMX, HMH, CuM, PtHM and low-lead mordenite plasma-exchanged mordenite were measured by pulse chromatography and classical fixed bed reactors.
