随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,企业做为市场竞争的主体。要想在市场中站稳脚根,就必然要建立现代企业制度。现代企业制度在我国起步较晚,经验不足,随着市场经济的不断发展和完善,就企业而言,原有的统计方法已不能满足和适应企业的宏观发展决策,这就需要建立一套新的灵活快捷的统计调查方法,以便为政府部门决策提供准确及时的统计信息。
