农村工作千头万绪,错综复杂,作为村干部只有让群众充分信得过,说话才有份量,才有号召力,才能把广大群众团结起来,形成合力,才能在建设社会主义新农村的道路上迈出坚实的步伐。然而,时下仍有个别村干部并没有得到群众的信任,导致了农村工作受阻,影响了经济及各项事业的健康发展。本人以为,村干部要让群众信得过,起码要做到以下几点。一要心系群众。政之所兴,在悦民心;政之所废,在逆民心。我们党的各级干部都是人民的勤务员,村
