目的:建立民族药铁包金提取物中黄酮类成分含量测定的一测多评法,探讨一测多评法在民族药质量控制中的应用。方法:以儿茶素为内参物,分别建立花旗松素、香橙素、圣草酚和槲皮素与儿茶素的相对校正因子,分别采用外标法和一测多评法计算测定5种黄酮的含量,并比较二者结果相对误差。结果:4种黄酮类成分相对于儿茶素的相对校正因子分别为f280 nmcatechin/Taxifoli=1.229,f280 nmcatechin/Aromadendrin=1.145,f280 nmcatechin/Eriodictyol=1.364,f280 nmcatechin/Quercetin=0.897;相对保留时间分别为RTaxifoli/Catechin=1.49,RAroma dendrin/Catechin=2.22,REridictyol/Catechin=3.30,RQuercetin/Catechin=3.72;一测多评法的计算结果与外标法的实测值一致,实验所得的相对校正因子可靠、相对保留时间稳定。结论:建立的一测多评法可作为铁包金提取物中黄酮类成分的含量测定方法,一测多评法为民族药质量控制提供了一个新的模式与方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a multi-evaluation method for the determination of flavonoids in the ferruginous extract of traditional Chinese medicine and to explore the application of the multi-assessment method in the quality control of the national medicine. Methods: Using catechin as an internal control, the relative correction factors of taxifolin, orange pigment, eriodictyol, quercetin and catechin were respectively determined by external standard method and multi-evaluation method. Flavonoids content, and compare the relative error between the two results. Results: The relative correction factors of four flavonoids relative to catechin were f280 nmcatechin / Taxifoli = 1.229, f280 nmcatechin / Aromadendrin = 1.145, f280 nmcatechin / Eriodictyol = 1.364, f280 nmcatechin / Quercetin = Racromettin / Catechin = 2.22, Rerictin / Catechin = 3.30, RQuercetin / Catechin = 3.72. The results of one test and multiple evaluation were consistent with those of the external standard method. The relative correction factor of the experiment was reliable , The relative retention time is stable. CONCLUSION: The multi-evaluation method established by this method can be used as a method to determine the content of flavonoids in the ferro-gold extract. A multi-assessment method provides a new model and method for the quality control of the national medicine.
