朱艺宁同学是一位德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的优秀少先队员,同时她也是学校少先队中的义务心理咨询员。与专职的心理工作者、心理教师相比,学生与学生的接触机会更多,对学生最熟悉,能更及时地发现学生心理存在的问题。只要学生有和谐的人际关系,尊重同学,保护同学的自尊心和隐私权,就能提高自身的可信度。在此前提下,学生当然愿意向同学敞开心扉,说出心里话,使心理健康教育取得实效。这往往是学校心理咨询教师代替不了的,或者说是心理咨询教师不具备的条件。近年来,少先队员朱艺宁做了一些心理咨询方面力所能及的事情,受到了大家的赞许。

Compared with full-time psychologists and psychologists, students have more chances of getting in touch with students, are most familiar to students, and can find out more about students’ psychological problems in a more timely manner. As long as students have a harmonious interpersonal relationship, respect their classmates, and protect the students’ self-esteem and privacy, they can enhance their credibility. This is often the school can not be replaced by psychological counseling teachers, or psychological counseling teachers do not have the conditions. In recent years, Young Pioneers Zhu Yi Ning done some psychological counseling aspects of its work, subject to everyone’s approval.
