分析了丁二烯水值超标的原因,排除了第一分馏塔负荷过大等因素,提出了通过对第一分馏塔回流罐结构的改造来降低丁二烯水值的方法.在改造中采用,解决了丁二烯水值长期超标的问题.
The reason for the excess of water in butadiene was analyzed, and the factors such as excessive load of the first fractionator were excluded. A method was proposed to reduce the water content of butadiene through the reforming of the first fractionator. Adopted in the transformation, to solve the problem of long-term butadiene water value exceeded.
