为进一步探索老年人、老年前期及青壮年上消化道疾病特点,为临床防治不同年龄组上消化道疾病提供可靠依据,现将我院17年来所进行的32918例纤维胃镜检查结果进行分组、对照分析如下:1 材料 本文为我院1977年11月以来17年中,应用日本多种型号纤维胃镜检查的资料,共32918例。其中60岁以上老年组3130例,占受检总数的9.51%,45岁～59岁老年前期者10050例,占受检总数30.53%,44岁以下青壮年组19738例,占受检总数59.96%。2 结果
In order to further explore the characteristics of upper gastrointestinal diseases in the elderly, pre-senile and young adults and provide a reliable basis for clinical prevention and treatment of upper gastrointestinal diseases in different age groups, the results of 32,918 cases of endoscopy performed by our hospital in 17 years were grouped. Analysis is as follows: 1 Materials This article is our hospital for 17 years since November 1977, the application of a variety of Japanese model fiber endoscopy data, a total of 32918 cases.
