于治理视角下探究服务型政府构建具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。在理论层面上,我国服务型政府研究大致吸收借鉴西方新公共管理理论、新公共服务理论、治理理论,这些丰富了我国服务型政府研究,给我国建设服务型政府提供了理论指导。在现实层面上,建立服务型政府为当前变革的热点重点。在治理理论视角下,研究服务型政府的建设,有利于加快转变政府职能,提升公众的参与意识以及参与能力,促进社会全面发展。
To explore the construction of service-oriented government from the perspective of governance has great theoretical and practical significance. At the theoretical level, the study of service-oriented government in our country generally absorbs and draws lessons from western new public management theory, new public service theory and governance theory, which enriches the study of service-oriented government in our country and provides theoretical guidance for our country to build a service-oriented government. At the realistic level, the establishment of a service-oriented government is a hot topic of current change. Under the perspective of governance theory, studying the construction of service-oriented government is conducive to accelerating the transformation of government functions, raising public participation awareness and ability to participate, and promoting the all-round development of society.
