本文综述了近十年来联合研究组采用激光增强电离(LEI)光谱、共振电离光谱(RIS)和激光感生荧光(LIF)光谱方法对稀土元素、稀贵金属元素,ⅢA族元素、碱土金属等28种元素几百条LEI光谱线进行了测量,激光光谱的测量系统是一个典型的光电子系统。对样品的原子化、原子的激发过程、高激发态和电离过程进行了研究[1][2],确定了与LEI光谱线对应的原子能位、电子组态,谱项和检出限。首次研究了稀土铕(Eu)[2]、钐(Sm)[3]、铈(ce)、镥(Lu)[2]、钬(Ho)和稀有金属锇(Os)、钌(Ru)、铪(Hf)、铱(Ir)、铂(Pt)的LEI光谱。
In this paper, the recent ten years of joint research group using rare earth elements, rare metals, rare earth elements, Ⅲ A elements, alkaline earth metals and so on by using laser enhanced ionization (LEI) spectroscopy, resonance ionization spectroscopy (RIS) and laser induced fluorescence (LIF) Several hundred elements of the LEI spectral line were measured, the laser spectrometry measurement system is a typical optoelectronic system. The atomization, atomic excitation, high-excited state and ionization of the sample have been studied [1] [2], and the atomic energy levels, electronic configurations, spectral terms and detection limits corresponding to the LEI spectral lines have been determined. The effects of rare earth europium (Eu), samarium (Sm) [3], cerium (Ce), Lu, [2], holmium (Ho) and rare metals Os, Ru, Hafnium (Hf), iridium (Ir), platinum (Pt).
