我院1992年9月～1999年9月共收治肺癌患者169例。其中以肺外表现为首发症状的肺癌23例,现将其作一回顾性分析。 1 临床资料 1.1一般资料:23例中,男性21例,女性2例。年龄36～74岁。吸烟者20例,所有病例均有胸部X线片和CT片资料,有组织学或细胞学诊断18例,其中小细胞未分化癌9例,腺癌6例,磷癌3例。 1.2 临床表现:本组病例患者首次或多次就诊于神经内科、精神科、骨科、五官科等。其中以脑内转移为首发症状者9例,表现为头痛失眠6例次,单侧肌力减退5例次,阵发性抽搐2例次,失语1例
Our hospital from September 1992 to September 1999 were treated 169 cases of lung cancer patients. Among them, 23 cases of lung cancer with extra pulmonary appearance as the first symptom were retrospectively analyzed. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 23 cases, 21 males and 2 females. Age 36 ~ 74 years old. There were 20 cases of smokers, all cases had chest X-ray and CT data, histological or cytological diagnosis of 18 cases, of which 9 cases of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, adenocarcinoma in 6 cases, 3 cases of phosphorus cancer. 1.2 Clinical manifestations: patients in this group of patients for the first time or multiple visits in neurology, psychiatry, orthopedics, ENT and so on. Among them, 9 cases had intracerebral metastasis as the first symptom, manifested as headache and insomnia in 6 cases, unilateral muscle weakness in 5 cases, paroxysmal convulsion in 2 cases and aphasia in 1 case
