目的探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术后瞳孔膜形成的机制及处理方法。方法对35例术后瞳孔膜形成的患者进行观察。Ⅰ级膜形成9眼,采用DXM眶内注射联合散瞳治疗。Ⅱ级膜形成26眼,采用5-Fu联合DXM眶内注射及散瞳术后随访3~6月。结果瞳孔膜1周内大部分吸收,2例10天吸收,无1例复发。结论瞳孔纤维膜的形成可能与血-房水屏障破坏和免疫反应有关。5-Fu联合DXM眶内注射及散瞳是治疗较严重瞳孔膜的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the mechanism and treatment of pupil membrane formation after traumatic cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation. Methods 35 cases of postoperative pupil membrane formation were observed. Grade I membrane formation in 9 eyes with DXM orbital injection combined with mydriasis treatment. Grade II films formed 26 eyes, using 5-Fu combined DXM orbital injection and mydriasis were followed up for 3 to 6 months. Results Most of the pupillary membranes were absorbed in 1 week, 2 cases were absorbed in 10 days, and no recurrence occurred in 1 case. Conclusion The formation of pupil fiber membrane may be related to the destruction of blood-aqueous barrier and immune response. 5-Fu combined with DXM orbital injection and mydriasis is an effective treatment for more severe pupil membrane.
