当前,企业改革日益深入,广大党员积极支持改革,参与改革,在改革发展稳定中发挥了先锋模范作用。但是,在党员队伍主流是好的情况下,部分党员干部在思想上行动上落后于党组织的要求,存在着不少问题,这些问题不解决,可能会影响企业改革发展稳定大局。一、改制企业党员队伍中存在的突出问题1.理想信念动摇。少数党员共产主义理想信念动摇,对党信心不足。特别是改制企业部分党员不能正确看待改革,在企业效益滑坡,职工收入下降,小区治安不理想等情况下,党员职工对企业信心不足,心灰意懒,牢骚满腹,甚至存在逆反心理。
