产业结构的调整和优化是解决中部地区的凹陷的关键问题。近年来,学术界提出了产业结构优化的多种路径,但也势必会造成中部地区与其它地区产业结构趋同的问题。作者认为,发展基于区域现实优势和潜在优势的优势产业,能够更加充分发挥地区独特的优势,提高资源利用效率,避免区域内和区域间的产业结构趋同,能更好地促进地区的产业结构调整和发展。在界定了优势产业的基础上,利用主成分分析方法对中部地区的工业行业进行分析,选出中部地区工业行业中的优势产业,并对结果进行了分析和讨论。
The adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is the key issue to solve the depression in the central region. In recent years, academia has proposed various ways to optimize industrial structure, but it is bound to cause the convergence of industrial structure with other regions in central China. The author believes that the development of advantageous industries based on regional realities and potential advantages can give full play to the unique advantages of the region, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, avoid the convergence of industrial structure within and between regions, and better promote the adjustment of industrial structure in the region And development. On the basis of defining the dominant industries, the author uses the principal component analysis method to analyze the industrial sectors in the central region, selects the dominant industries in the industrial sectors in the central region, and analyzes and discusses the results.
