新疆,祖国西北边陲的一颗明珠,独特的地理位置,孕育出了独特而丰富的文化。四大文明的交汇,多民族的共同创造,形成了今天深邃而鲜活的西域文化。其中,地处塔里木盆地南缘的于阗便是一个文化独特而灿烂的地区。于阗东连且末、鄯善,西接莎车、疏勒,是古代西域的大国,也是唐代中央政府在西域设置的“安西四镇”之一。于阗不仅有着悠久的历史文化传统,还蕴含着丰富的艺术资源。这里环境优美,民风淳朴,为艺术创作提供了现实素材和人文精神内涵,是艺术创作的天然宝库。
