10年来,我做预防免疫接种工作期间,在同臂注射乙肝疫苗、百白破疫苗(不同时间、间隔2～3个月)的,有数例发生硬结、红肿、化脓。采用消炎止痛膏外敷治疗,根据几年观察上述方法治疗一周左右均可痊愈。 治疗方法:局部用75％酒精消毒后,涂上消炎止痛膏,隔日换药一次。换两次均可痊愈。 例1:某婴,女,三个月。在右上臂三角肌附着处注射百白破疫苗,两天后局部出现硬结。自行热敷未退。
