人的思维开始于问题,学生的思维也是伴随着层出不穷的问题而展开的。数学课程改革的核心就是改变学生的学习方式,数学教学的最终目标就是教会学生学习数学、运用数学,教会学生自己提出问题、解决问题。要真正在“导”字上做文章,引导学生质疑问难,鼓励学生有所创见。学生在解决问题时,只要有一点是新的东西或是自己的东西,哪怕并不完善,也要给予鼓励。而培养学生的创新能力,首要一点应当培养学生的“问题意识”。下面结合本人教学实践,谈一谈对这一个问题的认识和做
