本试验利用~(60)Co γ射线处理与茎尖组培相结合的方法进行了草莓性状诱变研究。通过对不同照射量和继代处理的茎尖培养植株当代及其无性后代的田间观测与分析表明:8和12千伦照射量处理的材料经2~3次继代培养能显著扩大突变谱、提高突变率和分离出同质突变体,说明辐照与茎尖组织培养相结合的诱变技术是草莓育种研究中值得重视的一条新途径。
In this experiment, we used the method of ~ (60) Co γ-ray treatment combined with shoot tip tissue culture to study strawberry trait mutagenesis. The field observations and analysis of contemporary and asexual progenies of shoot tips cultured at different irradiation doses and subcultures showed that the mutation spectra were significantly enlarged by 2 or 3 subcultures of materials treated with 8 and 12 kd radiation, To improve the mutation rate and to isolate homozygous mutants, it is indicated that mutagenesis technology combining irradiation and shoot tip tissue culture is a new way worthy of attention in strawberry breeding research.
