小儿异物吸入(FBA)是常见的危重急症,诊断不及时常给患儿造成严重的痛苦,甚至危及生命。本院2002年7月至2006年7月收治22例支气管异物的患儿,就其诊断及误诊原因分析如下。1临床资料患者男16例,女6例。年龄7个月~12岁,3岁以下18例。有异物吸入史20例,病程最短1d,最长1个月。均
Children foreign body inhalation (FBA) is a common critical illness, the diagnosis is not often caused serious suffering to children, and even life-threatening. Our hospital from July 2002 to July 2006 admitted 22 cases of children with bronchial foreign body, its diagnosis and misdiagnosis of the reasons are as follows. 1 clinical data of 16 males and 6 females. Aged 7 months to 12 years old, 18 cases under 3 years of age. There are 20 cases of foreign body history of inhalation, the shortest duration of 1d, up to 1 month. all
