分析了2TN型转向架枕梁裂纹等五类惯性裂纹故障原因,介绍了加改情况。提出今后我国焊接转向架疲劳强度试验应在ORE标准的基础上提高标准,作为适应大秦线运煤车辆的标准,并应加速国产焊接转向架的研制和推广运用工作。
The causes of five kinds of inertia cracks such as the crack of the bolster of 2TN bogies are analyzed, and the situation of the modification is introduced. It is proposed that the test of fatigue strength of welded bogies in our country should be raised on the basis of ORE standard as a standard to adapt to the coal-handling vehicles on Daqin line and to accelerate the development and application of domestic welded bogies.
