According to the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Bureau of Statistics of China, surveys of the real estate market in 35 large and medium-sized cities across the country showed that in the second quarter, compared with the same quarter last year, the sales price of houses rose 5.0%, the land transaction price rose 7.1% and the rental price of houses rose 1.9 %.
