混凝土喷射支护在国内外矿井下得到了广泛地应用,它具有施工速度快、节省原料、能保证工程质量、降低支护成本等优点。但这项技术存在最大的问题是回弹率大、粉尘浓度高以及需要轻便高效的喷射机械。如果要取得回弹率小、粉尘浓度低的效果,最好是采用湿喷,但这种喷射机,目前国内外还处于研究阶段。因此,要取得好的技术经济指标,较为现实的办法就是从喷枪和操作技术上下功夫。现就我矿喷枪的研制与使用简述如下:
