目的 :通过研究不同剂量 X射线全身照射后小鼠脾淋巴细胞运铁蛋白 (Tf R)表达的变化 ,探讨电离辐射后 Tf R对免疫功能的作用。方法 :应用直接免疫荧光抗体和流式细胞仪检测 Tf R表达的变化。结果 :75m Gy X射线全身照射后 2 4 h和 72 h,脾脏中 Tf R阳性表达细胞数显著增加 ;但 1~ 6Gy X射线全身照射后 2 4 h,脾脏中 Tf R阳性表达细胞数显著减少。同时检测的 IL- 2活性显示出平行变化。结论 :低剂量电离辐射时 Tf R增强免疫功能 ,而在高剂量电离辐射时 Tf R则抑制免疫功能。 Tf R表达的变化可能是因为电离辐射使 IL- 2活性改变所致
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Tf R on immune function after ionizing radiation by studying the changes of Tf R expression in splenic lymphocytes of mice after different doses of X-rays. Methods: The changes of Tf R expression were detected by direct immunofluorescence antibody and flow cytometry. Results: The number of Tf R positive cells in spleen increased significantly at 24 h and 72 h after 75 m Gy X-ray irradiation. However, the number of Tf R positive cells in spleen decreased significantly at 24 h after irradiation with 1 Gy 6 Gy . Simultaneous detection of IL-2 activity showed parallel changes. CONCLUSION: Tf R enhances immune function during low doses of ionizing radiation, whereas Tf R suppresses immune function during high doses of ionizing radiation. Changes in TfR expression may be due to changes in IL-2 activity caused by ionizing radiation
