目的 :探讨射频治疗消化道息肉的疗效。方法 :经内镜活检钳道导入射频治疗电极导管 ,电极金属头直接接触息肉 ,启动脚踏开关即可治疗。功率选择 2 5～ 35W ,每次放电时间 4～ 8秒不等 ,具体选择视息肉形状、大小而定。结果 :本组 5 0例 75颗息肉均 1次成功摘除 ,无 1例穿孔及大出血 ,随访 4周残留溃疡均为S2期 ,并发周围粘模灼伤 8例 ,占 16 % ,均为宽基息肉治疗。结论 :经内镜射频治疗息肉快捷、安全、可靠 ,适宜推广
Objective: To explore the efficacy of radiofrequency treatment of digestive polyps. Methods: Endoscopic biopsy forceps were used to introduce radiofrequency catheters.
