目的 探讨女性隆乳术后钼靶摄片的压力设定.方法 对26例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(HPAG)隆乳术后的受检者选择不同的压力进行摄片,将受检者对摄片压力的承受度与双侧乳腺轴位、斜位片

目的 探讨女性隆乳术后钼靶摄片的压力设定.方法 对26例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(HPAG)隆乳术后的受检者选择不同的压力进行摄片,将受检者对摄片压力的承受度与双侧乳腺轴位、斜位片质量进行对比.结果 压力为14 dan时(GE公司的700T乳腺钼靶摄片机将乳房压迫力度分为3～20个压力段,dan即表示段的意思),获得图像质量差,受检者无疼痛感;压力为18 dan时,获得图像质量优,受检者对疼痛可耐受;压力为20 dan时,图像质量优,受检者疼痛明显.结论 对HPAG隆乳术后的受检者选择18 dan的压力进行摄片较为合适.
