报告21例异位妊娠。16例输卵管妊娠中14例行患侧输卵管切除,对侧输卵管结扎,2例行保守性手术;2例卵巢妊娠中1例行卵巢楔形修补术,1例行附件切除术;1例宫角妊娠行官角楔形切除术;2例宫颈妊娠行人工流产后1例经保守治疗成功,1例因大出血行子宫切除术。其中特殊妊娠种类多而少见,其临床表现及体征出现迟而不典型,以致早期诊断困难,常可发生严重并发症,危及病人生命,故应引起重视。
Report of 21 cases of ectopic pregnancy. In 14 cases of tubal pregnancy, 14 cases underwent tubal resection, contralateral tubal ligation, conservative surgery in 2 cases, ovarian wedge repair in 2 cases and ovariectomy in 1 case, and cornual pregnancy in 1 case Line angle wedge resection; 2 cases of cervical pregnancy after abortion one case of conservative treatment was successful, 1 case of hemorrhage due to hysterectomy. Among them, the number of special pregnancies is more and more rare, and their clinical manifestations and signs appear late atypical, which makes early diagnosis difficult, and serious complications can often occur, endangering the life of patients, so it should be taken seriously.
