职中学生一直被认为是传统考试中的失败者,是不被家长和社会认可的群体。职中学生的自信心、学习愿望、对自己成才的期望值普遍都较低,因而只重结果不重过程的传统评价方式已经不适应于评价职中学生。而多元评价则能从多个层面多个角度以多种方式来评价职中学生,不仅重评价结果,更重评价过程。多元化评价往往让学生在多个评价中得到认可,受到鼓励,找回自信心,找到自己的优势领域,进而培养学生的强项智能,使学生体验到学习的成功和快乐。
Vocational and middle school students have always been considered as the losers in the traditional examinations, and are not approved by parents and the community. The self-confidence and learning desire of vocational and middle school students are generally low in expectation of their own talents, so the traditional evaluation methods of emphasizing and emphasizing the non-emphasis process have not adapted to the evaluation of vocational and secondary students. However, multiple evaluation can evaluate vocational and secondary students in many ways from multiple perspectives, not only re-evaluate the results, but also evaluate the process more. Diversity assessment often allows students to be recognized in a number of evaluations, be encouraged, regain confidence, to find their own strengths, and thus develop the students’ intelligence, so that students experience the success and happiness of learning.
