布氏菌所致人及豚鼠布氏菌病(简称布病),对肾上腺皮质及甲状腺系统功能状态的影响已见报道。为揭示布病对机体内分泌系统的影响,本文对布氏菌感染豚鼠(雄性)性腺系统的功能状态进行了观察。1 材料及方法1.1 试验动物 选用重350~450g(5~8月龄)健康雄性豚鼠72只,由长春生物制品所动物室提供。1.2 布氏菌株 本所实验室冻干保存的羊种菌16M(批号92,1)、牛种菌BA19(批号92,1)标准菌株。均经1‰的三胜黄素凝集试验检查无变异。
Brucella caused by human and guinea pig brucellosis (referred to as brucellosis), the adrenal cortex and thyroid system functional status has been reported.
