ZD_(810)型水轮机是我国生产的新型高比转速轴流式水轮机,目前还没有列入标准系列型谱,该型水轮机适用水头2~8米。与其他 ZD 型水轮机相比气蚀系数低、效率高、过流能力大,叶片安置角可在0~38°范围内变动。在大流量区比 ZD_(760)型性能好,在小流量区比 ZD_(560)型性能好。在同等条件下,ZD_(810)型水轮机要比 ZD_(760)型水轮机出力高5%~10%,从水轮机特性曲线看,ZD_(810)型最高效率为92.2%,而 ZD_(760)型最高效率为87%;ZD_(810)型最大气蚀系数为0.85,而 ZD_(760)型最大气蚀系数为1.15:ZD_(810)型叶片安置范围宽阔(见图1、图2)。因此,ZD_(810)型是一种值得推广的适应低水
ZD_ (810) turbine is a new type of high specific speed axial-flow turbine produced in our country. It has not been included in the standard series spectrum at present. This type of turbine is suitable for water head of 2 to 8 meters. Compared with other ZD turbines, the cavitation coefficient is low, the efficiency is high, the overcurrent capacity is large, and the blade placement angle can be varied within a range of 0~38 °. In the large flow area than the ZD_ (760) type performance is good, in the small flow area than the ZD_ (560) type performance.
