用花环法及酶学比色法检测了氟暴露工人红细胞膜C3b受体,免疫复合物受体含量及Na+-K+ATP酶活性。结果表明氟暴露工人红细胞膜Na+-K+ATP酶活性明显低于对照组,但C3b受体及免疫复合物受体与对照组比较差异无显著性。提示氟对红细胞具有一定的毒性作用。
The rosette membrane C3b receptor, the content of immune complex receptor and the activity of Na + -K + ATPase in fluoride-exposed workers were detected by rosette method and enzymolysis colorimetry. The results showed that fluoride exposed workers erythrocyte membrane Na + -K + ATPase activity was significantly lower than the control group, but C3b receptor and immune complex receptor and the control group no significant difference. Tip fluorine on the red blood cells have a certain degree of toxic effects.
