从09年9月江苏省政府办公厅出台将大学生纳入居民医保的实施意见后,南京化工职业技术学院大学生医保工作已经开展实施两年之多。在具体的实施过程中,出现了系列问题,如学生对保险的认识不足及对医保范畴的不知等。结合医保内容体系进行分析讨论,可知医保工作应重在普及大学生医保知识、做好宣传,从真正意义上为学生服务。
From September 2009, the Jiangsu Provincial Government General Office introduced the implementation of the idea of incorporating college students into the residents’ health insurance. The medical insurance for students of Nanjing Chemical Polytechnic Institute has been implemented for more than two years. In the specific implementation process, there have been a series of problems, such as students lack of understanding of insurance and I do not know the scope of health insurance and so on. Combined with the medical insurance content system for analysis and discussion, we can see that medical insurance should focus on universal access to health insurance knowledge of college students, good publicity, in the true sense of service for students.
