随着改革开放及对外交流的增加,现在很多单位都采取外出考察的方式,学习借鉴先进地区、行业的经验和做法,可以说这既是一个学习的过程,也是一个反思不足、寻找差距、明确方向的过程,这对于落后地区学习先进经验,缩小与先进地区的差距无疑是最直接、最有效的方法,将对本地、本部门的工作起到很好的促进作用,考察结束后,考察方将整个外出考察过程用文字的形式表述出来就是外出考察报告。我认为,外出考察报告主要包括以下几个部分:
