目的 研究不同干燥处理的枸杞子药理作用。方法 通过口服给药观察冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子对小鼠抗疲劳作用、白细胞数及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。结果 小鼠口服 6 5 g/kg冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子水煎剂 ,均能明显延长游泳时间 ,与对照组相比具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,冷冻干燥组游泳时间明显长于自然干燥组 (P <0 .0 1)。小鼠口服 10g/kg冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子 ,与对照组相比 ,均能使白细胞总数明显升高(P <0 .0 1) ,但不同干燥的枸杞子组之间白细胞数无显著性差异。口服 5 0 g/kg冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子均可明显提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率 ,但两种干燥组之间无显著怀差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 冷冻干燥的枸杞子抗疲劳作用强于自然干燥枸杞子。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects of different dried wolfberry fruit. Methods Oral administration was used to observe the anti-fatigue effects of freeze-dried and naturally-dried loquat on the mice, the number of white blood cells, and the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages. RESULTS: Oral administration of 6 5 g/kg freeze-dried and naturally dried Gardenia jasminoides water decoction could significantly prolong the swimming time, which was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.01). Swimming time in the freeze-drying group Significantly longer than the natural drying group (P < 0.01). Oral administration of 10 g/kg lyophilized and natural dried wolfberry fruit to mice resulted in a significant increase in the total number of white blood cells compared with the control group (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells between different dry wolfberry fruit groups. Sexual differences. Oral administration of 50 g/kg freeze-dried and natural dried tweezers significantly increased the phagocytosis rate of peritoneal macrophages, but there was no significant difference between the two dry groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Freeze-dried wolfberry fruit has better anti-fatigue effect than natural dried wolfberry fruit.
