由于黑色金属地下开采矿山的矿岩硬度较大,凿岩速度较低,炮眼利用率不高,因而采准速度慢,工效低,严重地影响着矿山生产能力和劳动生产率的提高。为此,鞍钢地下开采矿山在凿岩和爆破作业中进行了广泛的技术改进,采用了改进后的凿岩机、小直径钎头、合金钎头、新型风腿子,提高了凿岩速度;采用直线“小字”掏槽法与一次爆破使用三种不同威力的炸药,改善了爆破效果。现将上述几项初见成效的技术措施分述于后。
