采用原长法修复上唇双侧裂具有保留前唇自然唇弓缘的优点，但缺陷为修复后的唇峰平坦，上唇中部唇弓不明显。笔者采用双侧红唇肌瓣各带一段1mm宽的侧唇唇弓缘再造人中部唇弓的上唇双侧裂修复术，临床效果满意，术后再造的人中部唇弓立体感强，结构清晰，唇峰明显，又避免了前唇加长法修复的缺点。
