目的观察解毒化瘀方治疗轻微型肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法对60例经数字连接试验(NCT)、P300检查、脑电图、简易智能精神状态量表检查异常的患者随机分配入对照组、中药组、乳果糖组,每组20例。所有患者均予复合维生素B治疗,中药组同时予中药汤剂口服,乳果糖组同时予乳果糖口服液。结果治疗前后各治疗组在NCT、P300检测、脑电图、简易智能精神状态量表检测的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组在NCT、P300检测、脑电图、简易智能精神状态量表检测中疗效优于对照组和乳果糖组(P<0.05)。结论解毒化瘀方可改善轻微性肝性脑病患者NCT、P300检测、脑电图、简易智能精神状态量表的测试结果,且经济简便,副作用小,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Huayu Recipe in treating mild hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Sixty patients with NCT, P300, EEG and SIMP were randomly assigned to control group, TCM group and lactulose group, with 20 cases in each group. All patients were treated with vitamin B complex, the Chinese medicine group also orally with Chinese medicine decoction, lactulose at the same time to lactulose oral solution. Results The differences of NCT, P300, EEG, SIMG in each treatment group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05). The Chinese medicine group had significant differences in NCT, P300, EEG, Mental status test in the efficacy of better than the control group and lactulose group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jiedu Huayu Recipe can improve NCT, P300 test, EEG, simple mental state test results in patients with mild hepatic encephalopathy, and it is economical and easy to be used with little side effects and is worth promoting.
