铁(Fe)是生命必需的元素,它主要分布在红血细胞的血红蛋白中,是人体血液中交换与输送氧气所必需的元素。若缺铁,便患缺铁症。蔬菜是人类的主要食物之一,是人体补充铁元素的重要渠道。如何用人工方法提高蔬菜中铁的含量,使之经食用后,为人体提供充足的铁元素?对此,作者以黄豆芽为材料,在实验室条件下,初步进行了探索。经研究表明,用人工方法能够提高黄豆芽中铁的含量。这里以茎内铁的含量为例:由普通方法培育的黄豆芽,经测定,在一克鲜重的茎内,铁的含量为3.03微克;用特种方法培
Iron (Fe) is an essential element of life. It is mainly distributed in the hemoglobin of red blood cells and is an essential element for the exchange and delivery of oxygen in human blood. If iron deficiency, they suffer from iron deficiency disease. Vegetables are one of the main human food, is an important channel for human body to add iron. How to increase the content of iron in vegetables by artificial methods so as to provide enough iron for the human body after eating it?
