目的:观察加味益精补阳还五汤对青光眼术后患者视神经的保护作用。方法:选择2015年2月—2016年2月60例在本院行青光眼手术的患者,均分为两组,对照组服用益脉康胶囊;观察组采用加味益精补阳还五汤治疗。观察比较治疗前后视力、眼压、视野(平均光敏度与平均缺损)、图形视觉诱发(LP100,AP100)和血液流变学指标的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后眼压比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);视力明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。视野及图像视觉诱发电位情况均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。血液黏度指标经检测均明显下降,而观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数与对照组比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味益精补阳还五汤能显著改善青光眼术后患者血液流变学,起到保护患者视神经的作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effects of Jia Wei Yi Jing Huo Huan Wu Tang on the optic nerve in patients with glaucoma. Methods: From February 2015 to February 2016, 60 patients undergoing glaucoma surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group was given Yi Maikang capsule. The observation group was treated with Jia Wei Yi Jing Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang. The changes of visual acuity, intraocular pressure, visual field (average photosensitivity and average defect), graphic visual evoked (LP100, AP100) and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups (P> 0.05), visual acuity (P <0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Visual field and visual evoked potential were significantly improved (P <0.05), the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P <0.05). The indexes of blood viscosity decreased significantly, while the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Modified Yijing Jing Yang Huanwu Decoction can significantly improve blood rheology in patients with glaucoma and play a role in protecting the optic nerve of patients.
