为使轴系在概念设计或方案设计阶段能运用数字仿真所得到的知识,文中提出了一种敏度矩阵的知识表达方法.提出的敏度矩阵包括参数敏度矩阵、方案敏度矩阵以及特征敏度矩阵,实践表明用它们可简明、有效地表达轴系摩擦学、动力学设计的仿真知识.应用实例针对实际大型汽轮发电机组轴系求得了敏度矩阵,并得到轴系稳定性较佳的系统方案.
In order to enable the shaft system to use the knowledge gained from digital simulation in conceptual design or scheme design stage, a knowledge expression method of sensitivity matrix is proposed in this paper. The proposed sensitivity matrix includes the parameter sensitivity matrix, the solution sensitivity matrix and the characteristic sensitivity matrix. Practice shows that they can be used to express the simulation knowledge of the tribological and dynamic design of shaft system concisely and effectively. Application examples for the actual large-scale turbo-generator shaft obtained sensitivity matrix, and get the shaft system stability better system solutions.
