高职院校职业指导工作作为一项复杂而系统的工作,与学生的成功就业息息相关。实践表明,开展多元化职业指导是解决学生就业问题、提高学生就业竞争力的一种有效方式。文章通过对高职院校多元化职业指导的内涵及重要性的分析,探讨了高职院校多元化职业指导的全员化、全方位及全程化指导模式,以期为提升高职院校职业指导效果提供借鉴。
