改革开放后,随着我国医疗卫生改革的逐步深入,医院面临着更多的挑战和机遇。作为服务群众医疗卫生的专业机构,广大医院必须要不断的提升自我的医疗卫生服务设施和技术,才能适应新时期对于医疗卫生的需求度。本文从人力资源的角度出发,总结目前医院人力资源存在的问题,并对如何提升人力资源工作,更好地服务医院发展提出具体的建议意见,具有积极的现实参考价值和意义。
After the reform and opening up, with the gradual deepening of medical and health reform in our country, the hospital is facing more challenges and opportunities. As a professional body serving the health of the masses, most hospitals must constantly upgrade their own medical and health service facilities and technologies in order to meet the demand for medical and health services in the new era. This article, from the perspective of human resources, sums up the existing problems of human resources in the hospital and puts forward specific suggestions on how to improve human resources and better serve the development of the hospital, which has positive and practical reference value and significance.
