影响中小企业自主创新的因素很多,如企业家缺乏创新意识和冒险精神、人才资源供给有限、资金短缺、融资困难、制度环境不成熟等。这些因素归结起来不外乎两点:即内因和外因。企业内部因素的影响主要靠企业自我提升与改进来完善,企业外部因素的影响主要靠政府进行引导与政策支持来改善。本文以无锡市为例,说明企业和政府如何联合提升中小企业自主创新能力。
There are many factors that affect the independent innovation of SMEs. For example, entrepreneurs lack a sense of innovation and risk-taking, limited human resources, lack of funds, financing difficulties and immature institutional environment. These factors sum up nothing more than two points: that is, internal and external factors. The impact of internal factors is mainly due to self-improvement and improvement of enterprises to improve the external factors mainly by the government guidance and policy support to improve. This article takes Wuxi as an example to illustrate how enterprises and governments can jointly promote the independent innovation capability of SMEs.
