国内各厂的热处理车间在进行化学热处理时,最广泛应用的是固体渗碳法。所用的催渗剂,一般是碳酸钡。它的优点是:催渗效果较高,有效时间较长。缺点是价钱贵,供应也较紧张。因此我厂曾用碳酸钠代替碳酸钡作了一些试验,并且在生产上应用了一个时期,其效果不亚于碳酸组,而代价只有碳酸钡的1/3。为了进一步研究这两种渗碳剂在渗碳质量上的比较,我们曾做过一系列的试验,兹介绍如下:一、试验经过我俩的试验工作是与生产同时进行的。所用的炉子是底燃式箱式柴油炉。升温速度100℃/小
