《关于失业工人和失业知识分子 救济工作的报告》是北京市协 商委员会副主席刘仁在1950年8月召开的北京市第二届第三次各界人民代表上所作的工作报告。此报告总结了1949年北平和平解放后市人民政府在解决失业问题方面所采取的措施,所取得的经验,以及下一步所采取的方针、政策。在国民经济恢复时期,此报告是北京市解决失业、安置就业、恢复发展生产的重要指导性文件之一。
The Report on Relief Work for Unemployed Workers and Unemployed Intellectuals is the work report made by Liu Ren, vice chairman of the Beijing Municipal Consultative Committee, at the second session of the third people’s congress of all walks of life held in Beijing in August 1950. This report summarizes the measures taken in 1949 to solve the unemployment problem after the peaceful liberation of Peiping and the experience gained and the guidelines and policies adopted in the next step. During the period of national economic recovery, this report is one of the important guiding documents for Beijing to solve the problems of unemployment, placement and employment, and resuming development and production.
