PP333处理后,枳实生苗新生根异常粗短,并在根的成熟区以上部位形成一节节凸起的念珠状结构,根尖也往往局部坏死。脐橙抽发的新梢极短,长度仅为对照的12%左右;叶片数量减小,并高度密生,叶长度减少,宽度增加;果实变小,果皮极光滑,果形指数减小。经切片观察,这种器官形态的变化在细胞形态上主要表现为细胞长度减少和宽度增加。推断PP333对新生器官的作用是通过影响器官组织细胞的伸长和扩大,以及抑制分生组织细胞纵向分裂并促进其横向分裂来实现的。
After treatment with PP333, the new root of Trifoliate orange seedling was unusually stubby and formed a convex rosary structure above the mature area of the root, and the apical root often tended to be necrotic. The shoots of navel oranges were extremely short, with a length of only about 12% of the control; the number of leaves was reduced and highly dense, the length of the leaves was reduced and the width was increased; the fruit became smaller, the pericarp was extremely smooth and the fruit shape index was reduced. Observed by sectioning, this organ morphological changes in the cell morphology mainly for the reduction of cell length and width. It is inferred that PP333’s effect on newborn organs is achieved by affecting the elongation and expansion of the cells of the organ and inhibiting the longitudinal division of the meristematic cells and promoting their lateral division.
