本文采用美国P-E公司ELAN-5000型电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),对环境铅污染地区孕妇及其所生1岁小孩的全血元素谱进行了测定。研究结果表明:孕妇与其所生1岁小孩相关并且差别显著的元素为:镁(MG)、铝(Al)、硅(Si)、磷(P)、氯(Cl)、钙(Ca)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、镧(La)和镍(Ni);差别显著的元素有:铅(Pb)、钨(W)、硼(B)、磷(P)、氯(Cl)、钆(Gd)、钪(Sc)、钛(Ti)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、钴(Co)、锌(Zn)、铁(Nd)、银(Ag)、碘(I)、钡(Ba)、铈(Ca)和铍(Be);显著负相关的元素是Mg、Si、P、Cl、Ca、Cu和Ni。
In this paper, whole-blood elemental spectrum of pregnant women and their 1-year-old children born in the environment of lead pollution area was determined by ELAN-5000 Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) from P-E company. The results showed that: pregnant women and their 1-year-old child related and significant elements are: Mg, Al, Si, P, Cl, Ca, (Cu), zinc (Zn), lanthanum (La) and nickel (Ni). The most significant elements are Pb, W, B, Gd, Sc, Ti, Mn, Fe, Co, Zn, Nd, Ag, I, Barium, Cerium and Be; Negatively related elements are Mg, Si, P, Cl, Ca, Cu and Ni.
