本文以供热系统中的板式换热器和二次侧输配能耗为研究对象,以降低板式换热器二次侧流动阻力损失、减少循环泵能耗为目标。以供热系统相关理论为基础,研究了间接连接供热系统二次侧动力分散的方式;同时,对某换热站进行了动力分散改造。对比分析改造前后运行电耗数据得出,在供暖效果相同的情况下,节能改造后比节能改造前水泵输配电耗下降了约29%。本文研究结果具有一定的理论与实践意义,可作为类似节能改造的参考。
In this paper, the plate heat exchanger in the heating system and the energy consumption of the secondary side as the research object, in order to reduce the secondary side of the plate heat transfer resistance loss and reduce the energy consumption of the circulating pump as the goal. Based on the theory of heat supply system, the way of secondary side power distribution of indirectly connected heating system was studied. At the same time, some heat transfer stations were decentralized and decentralized. Comparing and analyzing the data of power consumption before and after the transformation shows that with the same heating effect, the energy consumption of the transmission and distribution of pumps decreased by about 29% after energy-saving retrofit. The results of this paper have some theoretical and practical significance, which can be used as a reference for similar energy-saving reform.
