保证碎矿粒度是磨选前应做好的准备作业,也是为淘洗部分创造了有利的选别条件,这是提高重选回收率的主要因素。而及时换辊套又是保证磨矿粒度的关键。1957年上半年以前,由于更换一对辊套花时间太长,需要一个班至二个班,碎矿作业率很低,矿石供应不足,经常被迫停车,影响磨选部分正常生产。通过整风运动,全体职工在社会主义建设总路线的鼓舞下,发挥了敢想敢干的精神,把更换对辊套的时间大大缩短,创造了25分钟换好一对辊套的记录,最快的记录达22分30秒。其主要经验:
