目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳遥癌的诊断价值。方法用高频超声对患者行常规扫查法检查,了解癌瘤的大小、回声特点及血液灌注情况。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌75例,经手术病理证实乳腺癌68例,伴有腋窝淋巴结转移的3例,乳腺纤维腺瘤7例。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌能作出准确的诊断,是临床首选及必要的检查手段。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in remote colorectal cancer. Methods The patients were examined by routine scanning with high-frequency ultrasound to understand the size of tumor, echo characteristics and blood perfusion. Results 75 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, 68 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology, 3 cases were accompanied by axillary lymph node metastasis and 7 cases were fibroadenoma of breast. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer can make accurate diagnosis, is the clinical choice and the necessary means of examination.
