随着铁路建设的快速发展,大型预制箱梁在铁路施工中的应用越来越广泛。大型箱梁架设由于其构件大、工艺复杂、设备操作要求高、事故后果严重等特点,给安全管理带来很大难度,本文以石武客专河南段漯-驻特大桥900吨箱梁架设为例,分析下导梁架桥机架设预制箱梁时的安全管理工作。石武客运专线(DK850+281.45～DK871+000)段预应力混凝土简支箱梁(双线)架设,全长20.718千米,共621孔箱梁,其中32米箱梁613孔,24米箱梁8孔,由漯河制梁场负责预制、架设。
